The world we live in can be heartwarming and incredibly beautiful. It can also be unpredictable and painful. When life becomes painful, we do our best to survive in the only ways we know how. However, sometimes these ways of surviving come at the cost of our wellbeing in the long run. Every action, thought or feeling serves a function. My intention is to understand the unique experiences and contexts of your life and how these actions, thoughts and feelings have helped you survive. Together, we will create a safe space that allows you to explore yourself and build a life that is uniquely yours.
