Kara Beightol, M.A. |

Life is hard. It is full of transitions and grief, and we are expected to react in an “acceptable” way. Our brains protect us by giving us strategies to stay afloat, and together, I hope I can help you see the beauty in your brain keeping you safe, and navigate strategies that are more beneficial for you. I hope to cultivate a warm and safe space where you can process your life without bias. This is YOUR space. Therapy is an individual experience, so I enjoy drawing on strategies from a multitude of modalities to tailor your therapy to you.
