Kaitlyn Hagan, M.A. |

I believe that self-growth is a lifelong journey, and therapy is a space where healing, discovery, and transformation can happen. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and the belief that everyone deserves love and acceptance—both from others and, most importantly, from themselves. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, couples’ concerns, women’s issues, identity formation, or the everyday struggles of life, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and valued. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of past trauma, helping them process their experiences and build resilience in a way that feels empowering.
