Brittany Magid, M.A. |
We live in a complex and challenging world, and embracing vulnerability can be intimidating, so I commend you for taking this first step! Drawing inspiration from the profound words of Carl Jung, who once said, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes,” I believe that the journey of growth begins by directing our attention inward. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a therapeutic space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and knowing when to challenge you or help bring the unconscious to light. Together, through a supportive and authentic relationship, you will learn how to cope with life’s diverse challenges, gain insight into your inner world, as well as cultivating a more authentic sense of self—a self that is in alignment with your values, desires, and aspirations.
