Betty Jones, M.A.
I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to people navigating the complex aspects of their lives. Since I have a solid basis in community-based psychology, my speciality is in helping those who have suffered from both systemic and interpersonal trauma, such as victims of crime and survivors of domestic violence.

The balance of my clinical background is unique in that it includes a great deal of experience working directly with both those who have survived domestic abuse and those who have perpetrated it. Because of this broad perspective, I am able to carry out therapy with great nuance, empathy, and a strong emphasis on breaking the cycles of harm.

Aside from providing therapeutic care, my training also involves carrying out and interpreting psychological assessments in order to arrive at diagnoses and assist with treatment planning. Because I am committed to culturally responsive care, I use evidence-based practices to support disadvantaged groups and those experiencing complex emotional crises.
