I always tell people that everyone should experience therapy at least once in their life. It isn’t about having everything figured out; sometimes we just need a place to breathe. That’s what I hope to offer: a space where people can slow down, unpack what they’ve been carrying, and honor their story at their own pace and in their own way. I want every person who walks through my door to feel safe and welcome, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside them as they find their footing and rediscover their strengths. I try to show up with humility and curiosity, honoring the culture, identity, family, and lived experience that make each person who they are. Like fingerprints, no two stories are the same, and healing looks different for everyone.
