Karla Lizarraga, M.A. |
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you already hold everything you need within yourself to heal and grow. I see therapy as a collaborative and sacred space where we can explore and rediscover those inner resources together. In our work, we’ll welcome every part of you with compassion and curiosity—understanding how those parts came to be, the wisdom they carry, and the gifts they offer. While you may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety or the weight of generational trauma, we’ll work to uncover not only how these experiences have shaped you, but also who you are beyond them. Together, we’ll challenge the cycles that leave you feeling stuck and empower you to step into the life you’ve always envisioned. I’ll be here to meet you exactly where you are, walking alongside you with care and support throughout every step of your journey.
