Simran Kaur, M.A. |
As an individual with many intersecting identities, I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment where every individual’s uniqueness is not only respected but embraced in our work together. I recognize that each facet of your identity—whether cultural, racial, gender-related, or spiritual—shapes your experiences and perspectives in profound ways. I believe in the transformative power of therapy that respects and incorporates your unique identities. Whether we share similarities or differences in our backgrounds, my approach is to honor your experiences and cultural contexts. By integrating these elements into our sessions, I aim to support you in finding greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment. Therapy, to me, is a voyage of self-discovery and healing, where your individuality stands at the core of our collaborative work. I invite you to embark on this journey with me! My hope is to guide you towards an empowered and authentic life that resonates with your true self.
