Aaron Jones, MFT
Humans are diverse and gloriously complex creatures. Whether it be our successes, failures, hopes, fears, trauma in our family or origins, or any one diagnosis—we are much more than the total sum of all equal parts. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we get lost along the path towards health and happiness. Even the best of us need a little help from time to time. Healing happens within relationships; relationships we have to ourselves, to our beloved others, our careers, family, and even the relationship we have with the words that describe our suffering. To err is human and human suffering is ubiquitous to this experience. I believe that when we reconnect to love we disconnect from learned hopelessness and despair. I view myself as a guide to help others find their way back to the light of loving life, acceptance of self, acceptance of flaws, and the process of becoming. So if you are looking for a little help along the way, please allow me to serve to assist easing your suffering and help guide you back to the light. If nonjudgmental acceptance and unconditional regard is what you are searching for, I hope to connect with you soon.
