C Cheryl Felix, Psychologist
Vulnerability is a form of strength that allows for exploration and discovery. To sit with somebody to allow space for the vulnerable takes courage and the intuition to know that circumstances can change. I know this process to be as rewarding as it is harrowing. My role as a therapist is to be present and provide a place of safety, listening, truth, and guidance. Together, we can work to disentangle the patterns in relationships, difficult emotions, negative thoughts, and well-established behaviors and impulses that only serve to sabotage. We will collaborate to form attainable goals toward clarity and freedom from internal conflict. This freedom has the potential to effectively change perspective, thus improve your quality of life.
